Great Global Holdings (GGH) is a private commercial real estate investment firm based in NYC with over 500k SF in the portfolio of assets. Having over 20 years in the real estate industry, GGH has operated throughout all market conditions and cycles. Our main focus is on the acquisition of commercial assets in both the industrial and retail sector. GGH looks to acquire Shopping Centers, Retail Condos, and multi tenant Industrial assets on a national level. We look to acquire properties from $2M - $15M. We will look at both shorter term and longer term deals as well as credit and non-credit tenants.. Our current portfolio is made up of retail centers, retail condos industrial warehouses and single tenant assets in NY, IL, TX, AL, RI, MA and GA. We continue to pursue geographical diversification in growth markets where we have knowledge and experience to offset economic risk from single market concentration.
