Great Global Holdings is a private commercial real estate investment firm based in NYC. Having over 20 years in the real estate industry GGH has operated throughout all market conditions and cycles. Our main focus is on the acquisition of commercial assets. GGH looks to acquire Shopping Centers, NNN properties, and Industrial assets on a national level. Our typical investment size in Real Estate is US$2 million to US$15 million. We will look at both shorter term and longer term deals as well as credit and non-credit tenants. Each of our investments is supported by our strong working knowledge of the operations of real estate assets, and an understanding of what attracts long term tenancies, which ultimately creates value.
Our main focus is location.Our current portfolio is made up of retail centers, retail condos and single tenant assets in NY, IL, TX, AL, and GA. Our current focus is on the Atlanta and Chicago markets but we will look outside those markets as well. We are always looking to acquire new properties for our portfolio.
